DIFFERENT TYPES OF SKIN CANCER

There are three main different types of skin cancer, Melanoma, Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Basal Cell Carcinoma
Melanoma
This type of skin cancer is the most deadliest as it has the highest potential to spread if not diagnosed and treated early. Notice the asymmetry, border irregularity, size and different colors with in the lesion.

Basal Cell Carcinoma
This type of skin cancer does not usually spread to other parts of the body but can be disfiguring if left untreated. In early stages a basl cell may be mistaken for a pimple or dermatitis patch that does not heal.

Squamous Cell Carcinoma
This type of skin cancer can spread depending on location and depth of tumor. most patients will describe a red area or wound that does not heal.
